Overall great stay once we were checked in
We loved the overall vacation feel at the resort. The waterpark and amusement park was a lot of fun for family and children. Whenever in India again, I will definitely go back to this resort and hopefully they will take care of my family and I at the check-in better next time.
The check-in was not smooth. I am not from India and respect queues. At the time of check-in I was standing at the counter for 30 mins and people were just going in, the issue was that even the front desk agent did not take care of the situation. Finally, I had to call Anil from Sales to help me. I felt the Front Desk Agents were useless

Not worth able .
Sitting area of outside was good.
Room door lock was not good. For a couple security is Preety not much. Not buckets in washroom. No ventilation in room very suffocating. Water bottle is too costly .100 rs per bottle
